Taraji P Henson and Kelvin Hayden Are No Longer Together

Another Hollywood couple has called it quits.

Taraji P. Henson and former NFL baller Kelvin Hayden were supposed to get married earlier this year but the couple ultimately made the decision to go their separate ways. We first told you about their engagement in May 2018.

It was glaringly obvious that the split had already happened when Hayden didn’t attend the actress' 50th birthday celebration.

The Empire actress confirmed the breakup on The Breakfast Club.

“I just turned 50 and I haven’t said it yet but it didn’t work out. You know what I mean. I tried. I was like, therapy. Lets do the therapy thing. But if you’re both not on the same page with that then you feel like you’re taking it on yourself.” She went on to say, “My happiness is not his responsibility and his happiness is not mine. We have to first learn how to make ourselves happy to make each other happy.”

The hosts tried to pull more out of her but she maintained that her personal life is her business.
