Jacquees has been forced to remove his remix to Ella Mai’s ‘Trip’ and has been allegedly sued by Ella Mai’s label.
Almost a month ago Jacquees posted a snippet to his ‘Trip’ remix to his Instagram
After the snippet was posted, all of Jacquees’ fans wanted the entire song posted, so a about a week later Jacquees posted the remix to YouTube and Soundcloud. Now, Jacquees’ remix cannot be found anywhere and the internet is going ham!
T-Pain suggested that Jacquees tried to make money from the remix in a tweet:

And many other people chimed in about Jacquees’ ‘Trip’ remix being removed.
I don’t blame Ella Mai’s people for getting that Jacquees track removed. Son put out visuals for the track & everything. Tried to get a quick bag. Damn that

Everybody know that Jacquees is an artist who do covers all the time. That man wasn’t doing nothing but showing love to Ella mai and her song. For y’all to act like he deserve to get sued is crazy.
