Jacksonville, Fl — The Monday rush back to work and school was really slow through the westside due to a vehicle fire on I-10.
Emergency crews were blocking one eastbound lane at Roosevelt, as well as the ramp from Roosevelt to I-10.
Lanes reopened by 8 am.
